What this service is

Plumbing Raleigh is an informational and referral service. When you submit the quote form, we forward your request to a licensed local plumbing contractor who can respond with a quote. We are not a licensed plumbing contractor, and we do not perform plumbing work, inspections, or repairs of any kind.

The work is done by third parties

Any plumbing work is performed by an independent contractor, not by us. We don’t employ, supervise, or control those contractors, and we make no warranty about their work, pricing, licensing, insurance, or conduct. Before hiring anyone, confirm their license and insurance and get the scope and price in writing. Your agreement for any work is between you and the plumber.

No guarantee of response

We can’t promise that a plumber will respond, or how quickly they will. Submitting the form does not create a contract with us or with any contractor, and it does not guarantee a quote, an appointment, or that any work will be done.

Emergencies

This form is not for emergencies. If you have a burst pipe, flooding, a gas smell, or any situation that threatens your safety or property, call 911 or phone a plumber directly. Don’t wait on a web form.

Limitation of liability

Plumbing Raleigh is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, from a contractor’s work or failure to respond, or from your reliance on any information here. Everything on the site is general information, not professional advice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page.
